A crew SOP for white glove stops: arrival, in-home protection, placement, assembly checks, and a clean customer handoff.

Estimated time: 20 min

  1. 1. Arrive as a crew, not a drop-off

Park legally, put on boot covers, and introduce the lead and helper by name. Confirm the room of choice and any assembly or haul-away on the order before the first carton crosses the threshold.

  2. 2. Protect the path before product moves

Runners on hard floors, pads on corners, and blankets on the destination wall. This checklist is how the crew executes the stop, not an overview of what the customer bought.

  3. 3. Inspect product with the customer before assembly

  4. 4. Place, assemble, and remove every scrap

  5. 5. Close with a room-ready walkthrough

  6. 6. Debrief the helper on the curb
