Acceptable Use Policy

1. No Scraping or Harvesting

Automated or manual extraction of contact lists, carrier data, opportunity data, or any other platform content is strictly prohibited. This includes using scripts, bots, crawlers, or any automated tools to access or collect data from CarrierLinq.

2. No Spam or Mass Outreach

Mass unsolicited outreach — whether through or derived from the platform — is prohibited. This includes using contact information obtained through CarrierLinq for bulk email campaigns, cold calling lists, or any form of mass marketing.

3. No Impersonation or Fake Credentials

Falsifying USDOT numbers, MC numbers, EIN numbers, company information, or any other credentials is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. No Systematic Data Extraction or Resale

You may not use CarrierLinq to systematically harvest, compile, or extract contact lists, carrier databases, or opportunity data for the purpose of reselling, redistributing, or building competing databases.

Nothing in this policy restricts you from conducting business with parties you connected with through CarrierLinq. Using the platform as a data-mining tool, however, is prohibited.

5. No Circumvention of Security Measures

You may not bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features, access controls, authentication systems, or rate-limiting mechanisms of the platform. This includes attempting to access data or features you are not authorized to use.

6. Rate Limits and Automation

Use of bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or bulk export tools is prohibited without prior written permission from CarrierLinq. CarrierLinq may employ rate limiting, access monitoring, and automated detection to enforce this policy.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account
• Restriction of access to platform features and data
• Legal action to recover damages or enforce compliance

CarrierLinq reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take action at its sole discretion.

If you believe another user is violating this policy, please contact us at support@carrierlinq.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
